So a gentleman by the name of Ryan Hupp had a sealed, unopened copy of ‘The Evil Within 2’ he never played and put up for sale on Amazon. Bethesda caught wind of this and their legal team Vorys sent a cease and desist letter to Hupp and threatened legal action if he did not comply and take down the sealed copy of the Bethesda game he had for sale. Bethesda stated this was due to Hupp’s sale of ‘The Evil Within 2″ being misleading since it was not new and no longer came with a warranty, even if it was still sealed.
